We are energy beings. The human body has its own electro-magnetic vibrational field which is intrinsically linked to, and, continuously interacts with the environment. There are also ‘subtle-energy fields’ within and around the body as described by Dr Richard Gerber MD in his book Vibrational Medicene¹ , which play an integral part in the total functioning of a human being.
It is Dr Gerber’s belief, and, that of many energy therapists worldwide, that a distortion in these subtle energy fields precedes physical disease. Therefore a device which can scan and correct these energy field imbalances has great therapeutic and preventative benefits.
The SCIO ( Latin for ‘I Know”), is such a device. The Energy Revolution began..
The energy device revolution began in the 1930s when scientist Royal Rife discovered that all forms of life resonate or vibrate at particular frequencies. Individual items, such as grass pollen, grapes or an egg, for example, all have an individual resonance that could be measured. Later Dr. Rheinhold Voll discovered that changes in resistance could be detected at acupuncture points on the body when a person was subjected to differing compounds. This ‘electro reactivity’ could indicate if an item (such as a toxic compound or allergen) produced a negative reaction or was beneficial (such as a nutrient). This information led to a range of energetic testing devices which measured human electrical resistance.
Within the last twenty years research conducted in the field of bio-energetics has shown that the body is electric and can be measured by more than resistance alone but also in impedance, amperage, voltage, capacitance, inductance and frequency. Professor William Nelson of Budapest, Hungary, an ex NASA scientist, invented the QXCI Bioresonance system (predecessor to the SCIO)to measure sixteen standard electrical parameters of the body ,beyond just simple resistance, making this device unique.

SCIO Technology
The SCIO Bio-resonance device has a database of the trivector resonant frequencies of over 12,000 substances (trivector is a mathematical calculation of the relationship between voltage, amperage and resistance) and these are compared to the trivector resonant frequencies of the client during testing. The test takes just over 3 minutes and in just one test 65million bits of data are processed with the information coming from 110 different channels simultaneously.
The results of testing are then listed and colour coded to indicate where the higher ‘abnormal’ reactions have occurred at one, two or three standard deviations from the norm. Each individual test reaction score is a hint or possibility of significance. Where there is a recurring theme in the significant test scores then the possibility becomes probability. There are also risk assessment programmes which aid the therapist in collating the information and assessing the risk factors. An ‘individual reaction’ facility allows for a longer one-second individual test which can denote whether a significant item is transitory or a long-term issue.
